

I liked sports from an early age,and I’m good at running ,I like running very much . and in nanjing foreign language school teachers think physical activity is very important .and I think
so .school provide enough places for us to do exercise.that will make me have a good health.
In this term ,I do many physical activity. For example in our sport meeting , I took part in running relay,our group have four people is susan cindy lucy and me .before running I’m very neverous and I got Stomachache.my feeling is very bad , But I insist running ,because we are a group .so I try my best to run .in the end I think I did ok .because I never give up .
Recent I like play badminton and my good friend teach me ,and I took part in a badminton match ,I think is a good chance for me to learn how to play badminton. And teacher always help me and give me big help.but I am a Beginner so in that match I don’t have good grade. I have some lost.but I think I can play it well one day .i need work hard.play badminton is not easy , Arms and legs have to coordinate,is also Brain training, The brain to respond timely,and must run fast .and can lose kilo quckily.
This is a very healthy and useful exercise.i usually play it on Wednesday neight.and have coach to teach us.i am very interesting in it .coach teach me Basic skills.and I have to say thank you to our school ,because is school give me this chance.
in this hoilday I keep running every weekends,and sometimes swimming in Swimming Pool , have a little bit cold ,but in water is doesn’t matter.and I like swimming very much .i can swimming 400 meters.swimming make people tried ,when you finished swimming ,and on land ,you will feel very heavy .so I always sit down have a reast .i feel very relaxing .and I usually play badminton with my mother I think I can beat my mother
Hehe^-^ …I learen swwimming when I was 14 years old , it’s not early. my coach think I am very talent. and i am very like Hula loop switch,i switch it every day .and i am very good at it .i can switch it in everytime that i want ,when i watch TV ,when i sing a song .i also switch in a long time .
Movement itself can prevent diseases and enhance the body's resistance and reaction, for those who are obese, exercise can help them to reduce "fat." Therefore, the benefits of sport is too numerous to recount. Said psychological campaign to change the image of individuals to establish relationships, carry out different activities, exposure to different people, which could also be regarded as a way to establish interpersonal relationships.
Through exercise I know do everything have to keep up .don’t say give up , This is the spirit of this campaign,I have to use this spirit in study . when I do exercise I feel relax ,and very happy .but sometimes feel very tried and do exercise ,can be healty.So I love exercise very much . I will always carry on.and try my best to study PE class best.
